BREAKING: PDP LOSES AT AKPABUYO STATE CONSTITUENCY AS ELECTION PETITION TRIBUNAL SITTING IN CALABAR UPHOLDS APC PETITION
The opposition Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) on Friday lost the Akpabuyo State Constituency seat as Election Petition Tribunal sitting in CALABAR UPHELD the ruling All Progressives Congress (APC) petition.
The tribunal also withdrew PDP certificate of return, orders INEC to conduct election within 90 days in the disputed areas which APC won but were marred by the violence of the PDP.
It is a new month of victory for APC on all fronts as the Secretary of APC, Barr Bassey Offiong Mensah also got judgement in his favour in a suit filed by Chief Francis Ekpenyong at the Federal High Court Calabar this morning.
