EBA WINS BIG AS COURT DISMISSED CASE CHALLENGING HIS EMERGENCE AS C’RIVER APC STATE CHAIRMAN
State Chairman of the ruling All Progressives Congress (APC), Cross River State, Alphonsus Ogar Eba esq, scores a new month medal as the last case filled by a member of the opposition New Nigeria Progressives Party (NNPP), Mr Egbeji John Jalo challenging the congress that brought him and his executives on board on 16th October, 2021 was dismissed this morning by the Federal High Court Calabar.
The court discribed the suit as a matter that is purely an internal matter of the APC.
Similarly, the court held that the matter abinitio was filed out of time.
While John Jalo plans to be in NNPP and distract the APC leadership in the state, God has exposed him and threw him out to go and be chairman in PRP or NNPP with his boss Usani Usani who is undecided whether to run Governorship of PRP or NNPP.
With the matter laid to rest, Alphonsus Ogar Eba and his excos are set to hit the ground running.
